Antisocial. Perhaps he wasn't held enough as a child, perchance too
many hours on the trainer facing the wall (or behind an easel or the thousands of lines of this website's code) has left him unable to relate
to his fellow man, or maybe Julian doesn't care about your new wheels
or what route you took to get to
the race, he doesn't want to chit chat or exchange pleasantries. In
fact one wonders if he even likes the camaraderie of the peloton
for as soon as the gun fires, into the lonely ether he goes. Best say
your hellos while he's in jeans and boots for that may be the only time you see
him.
