If you hear one of us barking orders, pushing riders into pacelines, blocking the gutters, and issuing demerits for improperly cleaned drive chains, that's surely Mindeman.Before turning the pedals in anger for vitaminwater-Trek, Jason was a varsity college baseballer and footballer, where he shredded the skin off his fair share of baseballs and unlucky football players alike.  His ferocious attitude carries over to his endurance sport endeavors, where he frequently bulldozes his way to the podium and (lovingly) beats the crap out of most of his teammates, and once gave a full nelson to a poor sucker who crashed with him in the final corner of a criterium.
